One of the loveliest we’ve ever come across. Arts and Crafts style, probably from the 1900-1920 period. The proportions are elegant and the hammered finished is stylish but understated. Beautiful wicker handle.
Size: 8" high x 7" wide.
There is a silver medallion on the back of the kettle. The piece has no makers name or marks, but on the bottom there is a number that looks hand stamped. Part of the number is a smaller size and has a decimal value of 0.75. We think that may be in regard to the silver content of the medallion, which is likely continental silver.
Condition is excellent, and the piece has a fine patina. Please see the photos.
