This is a beautiful example of Duncan Miller glass from the depression era, as depicted on page 53 of Lee and Garmon's "Glass Animals of the Depression Era." Part of the Pall Mall line, it measures 3 inches long by 2 3/4 inches high. These were made in three sizes: 3", 5" and 7".
