This plate is a new collectable item and measures approx. 7 ½ inches across. It is for decorative purposes only and has a type of art deco design around the plate with a picture of Mount Rushmore in the center of the plate. The plate is by Royal Norfolk with their mark of a capital letter “N” under a crown.
