This is a retired collectible bell from the 2003 Precious Moments collection. It stands 6 inches tall and has a picture of a girl blowing bubbles with a kitten by her side. The back reads "Memories Are Made Of This." There is a scalloped detail around the bottom edge as well as around the base of the handle.

| The top of the handle is shapped into a heart with flowers decorating the bottom of the heart and tied with a purple ribbon. The detail is beautiful and this is in new/mint condition with the label and packing papers (inside bell) still intact. |
