This is a retired collectible bell from the 2003 Precious Moments collection. It stands approx 6 inches tall and has a picture of a girl with a butterfly alight on her finger. The back reads "Happiness is At Our Fingertips." There is a scalloped detail around the bottom edge as well as around the base of the handle.

| The top of the handle is shapped into a heart with flowers decorating the bottom of the heart and tied with a pink ribbon. The detail and color is beautiful and this is in new/mint condition with the label still intact. |
