American Belleek is considered the highest achievement of the American porcelain industry. The best known are Ott and Brewer,Willets The Ceramic Arts Company and Lenox.

Lenox American Belleek Vase 16" Lenox American Belleek vase which is 16" high and is professional painted. This vase is incredible with the painting of the herons on this vase. Mary Gaston in her book "American Belleek" shows a vase on page 28 with this same motif . Because Lenox was C.A.C. before the leaving of Mr.Coxan and a number of artists never signed their work we will not know if it was factory decorated. Lenox did employ a painter who was familiar with birds in the artist W.H. Morley, and this vase is one of great beauty and similiar to art work in Mary Gaston's Book.
