Ulysses S. Grant Patriot Bowl Maker unknown, c. 1885. 9 ¼" d x 1 ¾" h. Finely crafted frosted bust of Grant in center surrounded by words " Gen. Ulysses S. Grant The Patriot and Soldier." There are many plates featuring Grant. But bowls are much more difficult to find. Excellent condition, no chips or scratches. (6083)

Dalton Gold Flashed Large Bowl Made by Tarentum, c. 1904. 10 1/8" w x 3 3/8" h. Gold flashing is ¾" wide on top rim with another fine gold line 3/8" below. Some wear to the gold. All scallops and base are perfect, no chips or cracks. Excellent condition. (4726)

Isle of Man Triskelion Bowl Certainly a product of one of the English glass manufacturers, c. 1885. 8 ¾" w x 1 7/8"h. This perfect piece features a triskelion or 3 bent legs joined at the thigh, which is also the symbol of the Flag of Mann. Well executed rose and thistles adorn the side. Surrounding the triskelion are the words " A Present from the Isle of Man." Excellent condition. (6088)

Fruit/Finger Bowls – Blown, Cut, Etched (5) Maker unknown, c. 1875. Set of 5 bell-toned flint fruit or finger bowls, 2 ½" h x 4 ½"d. These are blown with precision star cut bottoms and exquisite needle etching featuring 2 bands of "double v’s" enclosing a band of continuous double loops which looks very much like a Crochet Band etching of this period. Elegant, elegant tableware. All are in perfect condition. (5108-12)

Heart with Thumbprint Straight Sided Bowl This EAPG bowl is done in the Heart with Thumbprint pattern. It has a scalloped rim and measures 8" in diameter, by 3 5/8" high. Made by Tarentum Glass Company (Pennsylvania), circa 1898. One scallop is chipped, otherwise this clear glass bowl is in very nice condition. (#3138)

Tree of Life Waste Bowl Made by both the Portland Glass Co. and the Sandwich Glass Co, c. 1870’s, I believe this is the Portland version. The bottom and sides are covered by the Tree of Life pattern with a 3/16" band of clear glass at the top and on the footed base rim. The bottom of the table ring has 2 small sections of flat flakes extending to the inside of that same ring, abutting the Tree of Life pattern . 4 5/8" d x 2 7/8" h. (#E132)
