This novelty Vaseline salt is a Victorian piece, c, 1890’s. Maker unknown. The runners measure 3 ½" long. The open top measures 3 1/8" long x 1 ¾" at the widest part. Note the basket weave design on the carriage sides and back and the different pattern in the bottom. Excellent condition. (#5794)

Illinois Toothpick
Illinois is one of the "States" patterns made by US Glass c. 1897. A vast number of shapes were produced in this pattern, from lamps to ice cream trays. This toothpick has moderate traces of gold on the top outside rim and a few traces of gold remain in the depressions of the top rim. Excellent condition. (5519)
