Nail Flat Celery Made by Ripley, c. 1892. 11" l x 5 1/8"w. This is a lay down or flat celery – a great piece in perfect condition. Sparkling, clear glass. The central etching consists of a bellflower-type bud with stem and 4 large leaves. (3178)

Lion and Cable Spooner Also called Tiny Lion. Made by Richards and Hartley, c. 1882. 5 7/8" h x 3 3/8"w. This is a double handled spooner with a scalloped rim and cable foot. Etched on both sides with a single central flower with ferns and leaves. There are 2 sections of the underbase with damage; a 1 ¼" long tapering triangular chip which may have been smoothed, and a smaller , flatter , triangular ½" chip. There is no other damage. (5214)

Three Face Etched Spooner Made by Duncan, c. 1878. 6 ¼" h x 3 ¾"w. Etching is garlands draped with bellflowers topped by etched bands and a series of banded dots. No chips or blemishes. The glass is very slightly purpled and shows most where the glass is thickest, at the bottom of the bowl and around the ruffled edges. (6148)

Lion and Cable Celery This 8" celery vase is in the Lion and Cable pattern, also called Tiny Lion. Made by Richards & Hartley, Tarentum, Pa. c. 1880's. The handled celery features a tiny reclining lion at the top of each handle. The base has a cable edge. There are minor stretch marks on the base, otherwise excellent condition. (#5403)

Tulip with Sawtooth Celery The Tulip with Sawtooth pattern was made by Bryce Richards & Co., c.1854, in both flint and nonflint versions. US Glass also made the pattern after 1891. This celery vase is the non-flint version, and although it is heavier than most non-flint celeries it does not have the weight of the earliest flint celery vases. Note the scalloped rim, faceted knob stem, and the large (3 ¾") circular foot with star pattern. It stands 9 ½" high. The glass is clear and bright. Excellent condition. (#5387)
