Princess Feather Flint Covered Butter Made by Bakewell Pears, c. 1870. This is the flint version of the butter although not bell toned. 6" d x 4" high to top of finial. Finial, lid and base in excellent condition. (5786)

Liberty Bell Covered Butter Gillinder made the Liberty Bell pattern for the 1876 Philadelphia Centennial. There is a 2 ½" section of chatter marks between the lip of the bottom rim and the flange, caused when removed from the mold. Three hair width light scratch marks appear on the butter base – each ¼" long. Perfect lid. 7 ¼" w x 5" h. (#5669)

Frosted Lion Sugar Base This is the bottom to a Frosted Lion sugar. It is missing the lid, so if you have it, go for it. It features an unusual etching repeated 4 times around the bowl. Sometimes known as "Lion". Made by Gillinder & Sons, c. 1877. Measures 5 ¼" h x 4 ½" d. Frosted base, clear bowl.

Hexagon Block Covered Sugar Made by Hobbs Brockunier, c. 1889, also called Hexagonal Block. Amber stained with floral etching with original lid. Staining on the lid appears to be a bit lighter in color than staining on the base. 4 ¼" high without lid, 7" with lid See matching cracker jar and tankard pitcher on our site. Excellent condition. Mascotte Covered Butter Dish Mascotte was made by Ripley & Co. c. 1874. This is a large footed butter dish measuring 7 ¾" across the outside flange x 5 ¾" h. The covered is etched with fern leaves. The Mascotte pattern is repeated in the base of the butter dish as well as on the cover and finial. The inner lip of the butter base extends about ¾" high around the flange. Excellent condition.
