This design of flower buds has been used throughout the ages, this time by the Mosaic Tile Company of Zanesville, Ohio, around 1930. Measuring 6" square and almost ½" thick, the background is white, the designs are outlined in black, and buds are a deep cobalt color, with gold, brown, and gray/green shading. The condition is generally good; there is some surface wear, minor edge roughness, and one side edge chip. (#1625)
