Made by the Wheatley Pottery Co, of Cincinnati, Ohio this tile features a curdled matte green glaze in the recesses. The design of 4 conjoined circles is in nice relief, and like the self framing edge, has a matte light brown glaze. Measuring 4 1/4" square, and ¾" thick, this is design number 1033, circa 1925. The condition is excellent.

This is mounted in a custom made 3/4" solid oak frame with two flutes. The framed size is 9" square. (#T-1220)
