A very interesting dish, which looks like it is metal, but its pottery. This is 8 7/8 in diameter and 1 ½ high. The rim is a heavy gold. The glaze is a matte blue green with wide irregular gold veins running through it. These veins are a smoky gold as opposed to the bright gold on the rim. This is made of white clay. Its marked twice- an impressed mark which is 1911/22 Germany , and a stamped mark, in an oval, which says Germany Jasba Keramic and then ges. - gesch. . This is in lovely condition. (#T-1006) |
