Manufacturer: as described These bookends are done in a gun metal black glaze, which has slight iridescence to it. They has a young child dancing with a garland, and a rabbit near the foot. The design is molded in very nice high relief.

| Made by the American Encaustic Tiling Company, of Zanesville, Ohio, probably circa 1925. There is one very tiny glaze break (<1/16") along the front edge of one bookend. Generally in very nice condition. (#T-1007) |
