This set of three tiles has a design that looks very Art Deco, although they pre-date that. They were made by the Cambridge Art Tile Company, circa 1890. Each tile measures 3" x 6", and has a light brown majolica glaze. The tiles all have some edge roughness, and one has a chip to the bottom right of the self framing border. These antique tiles are perfect for restoration, tables, cool paperweights, or to add to a collection. There is a 4th tile in the set which I will throw in for free! (The top self framing border edge has been cut off). (#1653) |
