This is a 4" x 2 1/2" glass paperweight depicting the Garfield Memorial. There are traces of copper filings lining the steps along the sidewalk, along the lower roof and at the bottom of the highest cone. Most likely these were added to highlight these architectural features. "Garfield Memorial" is printed at the upper left. Tiny copper colored spots dot the blue sky that surrounds the Memorial, probably remnants of the copper filings that have escaped. This has a mirror back which still reflects well and is in tact. The mirror shows disintegration common to old mirrors.
