Manufacturer: as described Made for the 1892 Columbian Exposition in Chicago, this is a frosted glass cup and saucer - one of many flower designs made by Libbey. Bottom of the saucer, in the center, is impressed with "1893" surrounded by "World Columbia Exposition". Saucer is perfect, with three visible bubbles between the layers of glass. The cup has one point missing with a 1/4" circular chip.
