This has a 4" diameter and is 4 3/8" high. There is scrollwork and stippling on the inside top. It says 1776 and "Liberty". The back of hangar is marked "Pat Applied For". This is a nice light amber in color. This has a perfect slot in the top. The bottom has a small chip - the bottom closure is missing. Probably made for the Philadelphia Centennial - circa 1896.
