This is a large stove tile in a very unusual mint green color. I've never seen this color before! Measures 3 1/2" in diameter, relief is medium to low. This is a portrait of a woman, facing left. Unmarked. Small glaze nips under the hole, on the left edge, and to a couple higher areas - the stuff under her eye is gone (it was dirt!). There is a chip out of the back, which does not affect the tile face. Center bolt hole was used to attach this to a parlor stove - circa 1880.
