Great depth of glaze color and a super design on this Romany Tiles plate. This measures just shy of 9" in diameter, and has a much shallower form than the other two plates in the store. Raised molded design. US Quarry Tile Company / US Ceramic Tile Company and Sparta Ceramic Company all manufactured Romany Spartan tile. Circa 1940 - 50. All 3 plates are in excellent condition.
