Manufacturer: as described This amazing wheeled cart actually turns its large 3" cut wheels on an axle. It measures 6 ¾" long from the handle frame to the back edge and is 3 ½" wide. The frame has a great patina. The fitted lid design matches the striped design at the front of the cart. It may have been designed as a cigarette box, although I can picture someone saying " Have an olive?" Probably 1920’s – 1930’s. One tiny, tiny flake on the inside edge of the box.
