Outstanding reference book on Flow Blue china, from about 1835 - 1910. It is the second book on this subject and has different patterns than shown in her first book. Pages show a color photo of a piece, with its proper name, maker, a detailed description of the scene, marks on the piece, and the date made. Ms. Williams groups the patterns by scene type, such as the "Oriental" and "Floral" categories. Nice index of patterns in the back. Hardback - 9" x 6" - in gently used condition.
