This 3 ¾" tumbler features an applied oval decal of Admiral George Dewey. The method of attachment is unknown to me but undoubtedly factory done as the decal reflects the same kind of "shine" as the glass .Due to improper cooling of the glass the top rim is "out of round." (#5502)
