Made by Dugan Glass Co., c. 1904. The pattern name was originally New York. This blue tumbler with gold accents is 3 ¾" h x 2 ¾" d. Very good gold on the shells and the swag below the shells. Top rim gold is worn and missing in a 2" section. Glass condition is excellent. (#S195)
