Made by Atterbury c. 1876 for the Philadelphia Centennial Exhibition. 8 3/8" to top of collar x 4 1/8" base diameter. The dewdrop and star appears at the top of the font, followed by a paneled body. Prominent patent date of Aug. 29, 1876 at base of lamp. A hand or finger lamp was also made in this pattern. Excellent condition. (5784)
