Possibly made by Gillinder & Sons, c. 1876, and definitely made for the 1876 Philadelphia Centennial Exhibition. The banner has 13 stars and a plain shield with 3 arrows, separating the "B" from the "US" in "Pluribus." 5" h x 2 ½" w. (5769)
