This hand thrown piece of southern folk pottery stands 6 ½" high. Measures 6 ¼" at its widest – base measures 4 ½" in diam. Glaze is a combo of drips in dark green, light browns, some yellowish undertones – great look, hard to describe. This has 16 holes and double handles. Chip on the rim, tiny fleabites here and there – generally nice condition. This is probably considered a flower holder at this size – but smaller versions were also designed to hold pencils. Probably circa 1940’s. (#NC011)
