A true Art Deco design on this tile made by the American Encaustic Tiling Company, in their Los Angeles, CA plant. circa 1920. Done in the wax resist method, in nice high glazes of blues, yellows, green, and terra cotta. Measures 4 ¼" square– in excellent condition. (#1440)
