This commemorative piece was made by the Mosaic Tile Company, of Zanesville, Ohio - for the Elks Lodge Number 114. Unglazed white body, with the design in raised relief - this hexagonal tile measures 2 1/4" from point to point and is 3/8" thick. The medallion is in excellent condition. Probably circa 1950's - factory hole for hanging.
