Manufacturer unknown for this c. 1870’s pattern. 7 ¾" h with lid, 3 ¾" h. without lid x 6"d. The base and lid each have 3 medallions separated by clear ivy leaves and vines on a stippled background. Medallions on the lid feature (1) a house on an island with a bridge to adjoining land (2) a mountain and tree scene (3) an island, mountain and tree scene with sailboats. The base medallions feature (1) a fenced path to a house & tress with person in rowboat on pond (2) a house, mountain and sailboats (3) 3 houses among trees with mountain background.
