Great true Art Deco piece of jewelry. This is a two part buckle that hooks together. It's designed to be attached to fabric or leather. Measures just about 2 3/4" long and the round parts are 1 3/8" in diameter. Done in shades of greens and gold. Marked Made in Germany. In excellent condition.
