Made by Gillinder, c. 1876 for the Philadelphia Centennial Exhibition. 9 7/8" l x 5 5/8" w An eagle with shield, arrows and olive branches graces each handle. Cucumbers on a vine ornament the center, (just in case one wondered what to serve in the dish.)Excellent condition. (5931)
