Made by US Glass, c. 1898. The mold and cooling process had some problems – see the hairline "crazing" like lines on 3 of the clear panels, plus a set of strange horizontal marks on one panel (1/4" d) , a shallow rub on another panel and 1/8" bottom chip. Sounds terrible, actually it’s a decent looking piece. (5628)
