Manufacturer: Craftsman
Copper charger made by Craftsmen, of Laguna Beach, California, circa 1950. This huge piece measures 17 1/2" in diameter. The back is impressed with the maker's mark and the number "926". The design reminds us of an oyster plate, in that the edges are divided into 19 cupped areas. The center design kind of looks like scales. The back has a built in hanger. (T1881)
Minor surface wear and light scratching. This has its original patina, and is in generally nice condition. Works well with Arts & Crafts Movement, Retro, and Deco styles.
Key Words: Art Nouveau, Liberty of London, Jugendstil, Secessionist
