Cherry Blossom Pink Depression Glass Cup
Cherry Blossom pink cup is the real depression glass from Jeannette. Pattern dates to 1930-39. This is a beautiful pattern, and it so exemplifies depression glass with its mold etched flower panel sides and cherry branch in the base. Please see the side view to see the rounded, raised thumb spot on the top of the handle. The inside base has a perfectly-executed cherry branch, with realistic, serrated leaves and stems. Cup is in mint condition, no chips or cracks or wear. There are some mold marks on the interior base. The closeup of the inside attempts to show these.

Cherry Blossom Pink Depression Glass 9 1/8 inch Dinner Plate
Beautiful Cherry Blossom is one of the prettiest mold-etched depression glass patterns with its lovely sprays of cherry blossoms encircling a center of cherries and leaves. It lost a bit of appeal when it was reproduced heavily but most of us have learned to recognize the repros. This is the authentic pink depression glass. One tell-tale is the leaves in the center look like real leaves with serrated edges and leaf veins. Also the edge is smooth. Plate is in excellent condition, free of any chips or cracks. Please note that this will have an identification mark that will wash off.

Ultramarine Doric & Pansy Teal Ultra Marine Cup
Doric & Pansy is a wonderful pattern with its alternating panels of square motifs and pansies. You need to be careful picking teal items to get consistent color. This cup is a true teal color. Jeannette Doric Delphite Blue Pansy Shaped 3-Part Candy Dish
Here is the 3-part candy dish shaped like a pansy in Jeannette's Doric depression glass. This is the solid delphite blue, which is much less common than the iridescent candy. According to my reference book by Gene Florence, Jeannette made several pieces of Doric in delphite blue, but this is the first we have seen. Candy dish looks like a pansy with the Doric geometric design on the center. The petals are scalloped and grooved and the handle is a flat solid section where the stem would be. Candy dish is 6 7/8 inches long and about 6 inches wide. It is in very good condition. As is normal for the blue opaque glass there are stretch marks, mainly on the underside. There is also a tiny nick in the flat edge of the handle where it curves inside the petal. The second photo is tilted so you can see the nick which is about 1/64 inch long and shallow.

Doric is mold etched with a classic design of unetched squares alternating with squares that have a flower design and rays coming from the center to the outer rim border. The Doric flower design is repeated in the very center of the plate. The design has small rays that point to the corners of the square, leaving a center shape that looks like a four-petaled stylized flower. Dinner plate is in excellent condition, free of chips or cracks. It has minimal, virtually no wear and the glass has good clarity. Doric Pink Depression Glass 4 1/2 inch Berry Bowl Jeannette
Bowls are scarce in most depression glass patterns and you'll be glad you found this one. This is Jeannette's Doric pink depression glass 4 1/2 inch wide berry bowl and it's in great condition. Doric has sqares with stylized designs that alternate with blank squares and the center of this little bowl has a molded in flower design. Doric is one of the less-chased after patterns despite its classic elegance and depression glass charm. Bowl is 4 1/2 inches across at the rim and 1 5/8 inches tall. Doric tends to get nicked on the raised ridges that run horizontally and you'll be glad to see this has none of that. Bowl is in excellent condition with no chips, no cracks and virtually no wear. There are the usual little bits of extra glass, raised seams or strawmarks that give depression glass its charm. The most noticeable is a strawmark that runs along the center interior of the bowl; it is not a crack or scratch, just the way the bowl was mass produced. Doric is mold etched with a classic design of unetched squares alternating with squares that have a flower design and rays coming from the center to the outer rim border. The Doric flower design is repeated in the very center of the plate. The design has small rays that point to the corners of the square, leaving a center shape that looks like a four-petaled stylized flower. Cup is in very condition. There are 3 horizontal narrow ribs at the top of the design motif and there are tiny nicks in these ribs. Nicks range from minute to 1/16 inch long and shallow. Glass has good clarity. Jeannette Floral Pointsettia Green Depression Sherbet
Jeannette's Floral pattern is called Pointsettia because that's what the flowers most resemble. It is one of the mold etched patterns where the design was etched into the mold and then formed on the glass directly. This is the green sherbet. Sherbet is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks or signs of wear. You can see the raised seam in the photo.

Floral Poinsettia Pink Depression Glass 8 inch Salad Plate
Beautifuln pink depression glass plate is Floral by Jeannette. This is sometimes called Poinsettia in honor of the open wide-petaled flowers. The floral design is mold etched into the back of the plate and features large flowers and leaves in the center. The rim has a mold etch of flowers and leaves alternating in a circle swag. Jeannette Homespun Pink Depression 2-Handled 4.5in Bowl
Here is the small 2-handled bowl in one of the less common pink deperession glass patterns from Jeannette. This is Homespun, which has narrow vertical ribs on the side and checkerboard like design in the center. You are bidding on one berry bowl which has two handles and is 4 1/2 inches across. Bowl has closed handles and is 5 1/2 inches across from the tip of one handle to the tip of the other. Bowl is in excellent condition free of chips or cracks and with excellent clarity.

The only point to note is a tiny nick in the seam that goes around the outer edge of one handle. This is just big enough to catch your finger, less than 1/32 inch long and extremely shallow.
