Indiana Glass Lily Pons Crystal Depression 8 inch Plate
Indiana Glass made several fascinaing patterns, such as Lily Pons, which had bold molded designs. We have others on our store including Loganberry and Wild Rose. This is Lily Pons which was made during the depression in colors and in crystal. This summer we started looking for these patterns as they are unique and attractive. This is the Lily Pons crystal 8 inch salad or lunch plate. Plate is 8 inches across. It is in excellent condition, free of chips or cracks. Glass has good clarity. Indiana's molded patterns have a raised ridge just inside the rim and they tend to have rough spots. This particular plate has protruding bits of glass but no nicks.

Old English Amber Depression Glass Candleholder Single
Here is a treat for the Old English collectors among us! This is a single candleholder or candlestick in Indiana Glass' Old English or Threading amber depression glass. Indiana produced Old English in the late 1920s and it has some very interesting design elements so characteristic of that optimistic era. The base of the candle has fine horizontal ribs, giving the ncikname 'Threading', and stem has a rounded wafer. Candleholder is just under 4 inches tall and 4 1/4 inches across at the base. It is in excellent condition, free of chips or cracks. There is light wear on the base from setting for 80 years and the seams are slightly raised as is typical for Indiana's depression glass. The candleholder had originally been decorated around the top and the rim of the base, possibly with silver. The trim is quite worn and is black now. The one thing to be aware of is not a flaw or damage, but there is a bit of trim left on the underside of the top. You can see it through the transparent glass. Old English is not the most common depression pattern and it's downright scarce in amber. You'll want to snap this one up!

Old English Amber Depression Glass 2-Handled Footed Compote Comport
Old English or Threading depression glass from Indiana Glass has a neat deco appearance and looks like higher quality glass. This comport or compote is styled to please with its scroll shaped handles, round foot and narrow horizontal ribs. This amber depression glass piece will look great in your home or make a super gift for someone special. Comport (or compote as Indiana spelled it) is 3 7/8 inches tall and 6 3/8 inches across at the lip, not counting the handles. It is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks. This comport has the usual flaws that give depression glass its charm. There is a large bubble in the foot and the outside ribbed section has a spot that looks like someone touched it while it was still soft as the ribs are pressed out and this shows in the photo. There is a wrinkle in the lip.

Number #618 Pineapple & Floral Crystal 7 1/2 inch Bowl
Indiana Glass pattern number 618 is better known as Pineapple and Floral, which describes it perfectly. Here is the 7 1/2 inch serving bowl. Interesting point is the bowl has a 5-sided base. Bowl is 7 1/2 inches in diameter and is about 2 1/2 inches deep. Bowl is in excellent condition, free of chips or cracks. There is light wear on the underside base from setting.

Number 622 Pretzel Crystal Depression Footed Sugar
Pretzel by Indiana Glass is much nicer in person than in pictures. It has an art deco-like appeal with its curved handles that look like little loops of glass, almost like meringue curls. This is the footed sugar. The foot is square, giving a nice contrast to the rounded shape. Sugar is 3 5/8 inches tall and about 3 1/8 inch across at the mouth. It is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or signs of wear. As is common with most Indiana patterns, the seams can be felt because they are raised. Indiana Depression Glass Number 616 Vernon Crystal Cup
Here is the cup in Indiana's crystal depression Vernon. Indiana gave this pretty pattern a number designation; this is number 616. Vernon is a much better name for such a pretty pattern, don't you think? Cup is in excellent condition with no chips and no wear. There is a little pressure mark on the rim and a manufacturing mark on the base of the cup.
