Mayfair Pink Open Rose Depression Glass 37 oz 6 inch Pitcher Hocking
Offered as the finishing touch to your Mayfair collection is this wonderful square pitcher. This is the authentic depression glass with a circular mold mark on the base and a nice straight handle. Buy with confidence! Hocking made four distinct pitchers in pink Mayfair - it had a long production run, from 1932 to 1939 - and this is the smallest size and it does not have an ice lip. Mayfair is called Open Rose to honor the pattern of two wide open roses on each side. Pitcher is just a hair under 6 inches tall and holds 37 ounces filled to the very brim. (You would most likely fill it to about 30 ounces for use.) It is in excellent condition with no chips, no cracks and virtually no wear. Glass has good clarity. The only point to be aware of is the seams on the handle are slightly raised, as is common but there is no damage.

Pink Depression Glass Mayfair Pink Footed Sugar Bowl
Do you enjoy pink depression glass? Here is one of the most popular patterns - Mayfair or Open Rose - from Hocking Glass. Mayfair has a lovely pattern of large cabbage roses and is so delicate in pink.
This is the footed sugar bowl. It is about 2 5/8 inches tall and about 4 inches across at the top rim. Sugar bowl is in mint condition, free of chips, cracks or wear. There are a couple of tiny bubbles that add to the charm of this vintage sugar.

Mayfair Pink 10 inch 2-Handled Square Vegetable Bowl
Mayfair Pink 10 inch 2-handled bowl is square and has two rounded, open handles. This is the vegetable bowl. Mayfair is one of the most popular depression patterns, and rightly so. It is a lovely shade of pink and comes in many fun pieces. Bowl measures 10 inches across from outer rim to outer rim, not counting the handles. Bowl is in excellent condition with no cracks or chips. These pieces with the squared rims tend to chip readily on the inner rim, so it is a treat to find one in this condition!

Mayfair 8 1/2 inch luncheon plate is so pretty in pink! Plate is in very good condition, with no cracks and virtually no surface wear. Plate has little dips in the ridge along the rim, which are manufacturing flaws that add to the charm of this depression pattern.
