Federal Patrician Amber Yellow Depression Glass Spoke Oval Platter
Here's a nice find for your Patrician depression glass collection! This oval platter is in Federal's amber or golden glo depression glass. Patrician has been nicknamed Spoke to describe the central design of spokes in a wheel. This is one of the mold etched designs with paisley-shaped designs and geometric ribbons. Platter is 11 1/2 inches long and 8 1/2 inches wide. It is in excellent condition, with no chips or cracks and only light wear on the rounded part of the exterior base. There is a mold mark like a little indent on the exterior by the base. Patrician has a stepped-down inner rim that is easy to chip and you'll be glad to see this as there is no inner rim roughness. Go ahead and get this for someone special - maybe you!

Patrician Amber Depression Glass 11 inch Dinner Plate
Federal's Patrician depression glass has a center that looks like a wagon wheel, giving it the nickname Spoke. This is one depression glass pattern that is both attractive and reasonably priced so you can use it. You are bidding on a single dinner plate. Dinner plate is almost 11 inches across, varying from 10 3/8 inches to about 10 3/4 inches, Plate is in excellent condition, free of chips or cracks and with virtually no surface wear. Patrician Spoke Green Depression Glass Footed Open Sugar Bowl
Pretty green depression glass footed sugar is Federal Glass' Patrician or Spoke design. Patrician has a mold etched design of geometric swags and curlicues and a more regal appearance than some of the other patterns. It is called Spoke also because flat pieces like plates show a center design almost like a spoked wheel. Federal made Patrician during the middle of the depression 1934 to 1937. Sugar bowl is 3 1/2 inches tall and 3 3/4 inches across at the lip. It is in excellent condition, with no chips, no cracks and no signs of wear. The only points to be aware of are small blobs near the rim and the seam around the edge of the foot is slightly raised, just enough to feel. These little flaws give depression glass its charm.

Patrician Spoke Green Depression Glass Footed Sugar Bowl Federal
Patrician Green Sugar is from Federal Glass. Patrician is such a lovely pattern, and here's your chance to own a very nice example. This is the 2-handled footed sugar bowl. Bowl is 3 1/2 inches tall and the mouth is 3 5/8 inches across, so it is a good size. Federal's green is one of the prettiest depression colors, rich and cheerful, just perfect for spring and summer. Sugar is in excellent condition. There is a narrow rinkle in the rim, just big enough to catch your fingernail. This is one of the typical little flaws that give depression glass its charm.
