Cambridge #732 Tassle & Oval Flower Etch Green Center Handled Server
Here is a gorgeous and hard to find center handled sandwich server tray from Cambridge Glass. This is etched with the number 732 etching, whcih has a large oval fower flanked by elaborate swags, scrolls and tassles. This is a beautiful etch that you don't see often and here it is in a perfect piece for giving or to keep this holiday season. Center handled servers exemplify the elegant depression era and this piece shows why. Cambridge's soft green color is fresh and cheerful and beautifully offsets this classic etch. Cambridge made this during the early 1930s. Center handled server is 10 1/2 inches across and about 4 1/2 inches tall. It is in excellent condition, free of chips or cracks. There is just a tiny rough spot on the seam of the handle. Glass has the usual great Cambridge clarity and even color. Wear is very light. This beautiful CHS tray is in exceptionally good condition overall and you will love it!

Westmoreland Floral & Line Cut Crystal Center Handled Server CHS
Here is a choice example of a vintage center handled server in crystal clear glass with a classic cutting of flowers, bands and lines. This is likely from Westmoreland, basing on the handle shape. CHS is 11 inches in diameter and about 5 inches tall. The design has large, 5-petal flowers with open centers and leaf sprays between sections of alternating wide and narrow bands. The bands are formed by multiple thin cuts, with the wider bands having about a dozen cuts and the thin bands with 3 cuts. It is very pretty and quite stylish. Center handled server is in excellent condition, free of chips or cracks. Glass has good clarity and wear is light.

Noritake Chaumont Bluebell & Scroll Cup and Saucer
This cup and saucer made by Noritake China in Chaumont pattern are offered for your consideration. Cup and saucer are glossy white, round and rimless. The cup interior has a central design of bluebells in the softest shades of blue, light green and misty taupe. The sides of the cup and the saucer have a circlet of simple scrolls in the same soft green and misty taupe. The rims have a thin hairline of the misty taupe and silver/platinum rim edge. Saucer does not have the bluebell motif
Both cup and saucer are in excellent condition, with no chips or cracks. They were treated with care by the former owners and have virtually no wear.

New Martinsville Teardrop Cut Center Handled Sandwich
Center handled sandwich trays to me are the signature pieces in elegant glass. This one is from New Martinsville, part of their Line 4400 or Teardrop pattern. Crystal tray is cut with three floral sprays, each centered on a 16 petal open center flower. this cutting is referred to as NEM1 in Replacements. The handle is 5-lobed and fits nicely in your hand. Crystal center handled sandwich tray is 11 1/2 inches across and about 4 1/4 inches tall to the top of the finial. Tray is in excellent condition, free of chips or cracks. Wear is very light, almost nill. The center handle is faceted and there are small grooves where it melds into the base.
