Imperial Little Jewel Green Depression Oval 8 3/4inch Celery
This very pretty pattern is Imperial Glass green depression glass pattern Little Jewel. This is a perfect name for this striking design because it just sparkles. The green color is fresh and clean and the pressed diamond shaped blocks catch the light and give it a lot of pizzazz. This oval bowl is called a celery, since in earlier days one would serve celery in fairly long sticks and often in a separate dish. Of course this is pretty enough to use alone and it's a great size to serve small quantities of fruit or even cookies. Little Jewel was Imperial's line number 330. Imperial is one glass company that made fairly good quality mass produced glass along with higher end elegant glass. Although this was machine made, the quality is quite good, glass is nice and clear. Oval celery is 8 1/2 inches long and 4 3/4 inches wide. It is just under 2 inches tall and has a slight foot. The base has a molded star. Bowl is in excellent condition, free of chips or cracks and very light wear. There is one strawmark on the inside.

Imperial Olive #134 Viennese Blue Depression Glass Footed Fruit Bowl
Here is a beautiful bowl in light blue depression glass from Imperial Glass. This is the Olive pattern, Line #134 in the 9 inch pedestal footed fruit bowl. It is a lovely soft shade of blue, not strident and not a teal, just a perfect blue that Imperial called Vinnese Blue.
Bowl is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks and beautifully clear glass. Wear is very minor; it's former owners took good care of this beauty!
