Aunt Polly Blue Depression Glass Footed 2-Handled Candy Bowl Aunt Polly is one of the older depression patterns, dating from the late 1920s. Here is the blue footed, 2-handled candy dish. Candy is a beautiful shade of true blue.

Candy is about 5 1/4 inches across, not counting the handles. Candy dish is in excellent condition. As is typical for pieces from US Glass, the seams protrude and are rough with extra bits of glass. There is one tiny nick in the rim, very shallow and about 1/16 inch across.

Center handled sandwich server, or CHS, is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks and very little wear. It was sold to me as being in mint condition, and it is close to that. There are a few small spots, mostly on the rim or next to the rim, where there is unplanned acid etching and a tiny rub mark on two of the corner tips. There is very little surface wear and you have to look closely to see the rub marks and etching goofs and we have close ups of these.

Center handled servers are one of the signature shapes of the depression era and this one is a real beauty!

Here is an unusual azure blue bon bon etched with Fostoria's gorgeous June ribbons, bows and flowers. This wonderful vintage etching dates to 1928 to 1943 in this perfect azure blue color. The unsual point about this bon bon is the square handles and most pieces of June have the bow handles. We all need that little indulgence and this is perfect!

June has a ribbon that loops under the bow and goes way around under the top flower garland. a second bow ties the bouquet with streamers. It is similar to the later Romance etch but you can tell it apart by the second ribbon. This bon bon is octagonal and has raised two raised sides with the curvy square handles.

Bon bon is 2 3/4 inches tall at the very top of the handle and is 6 3/4 inches across at the longest. Pretty blue etched plate is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks. Wear is fairly light and pretty much general all over vintage wear.
