Fostoria Glass Beverly Etched Green Elegant Footed Bouillon Cup Here is a hard to find piece of vintage etched green elegant depression glassware! This is the footed bouillon cup in Fostoria Glass' beautiful Beverly pattern made in Fostoria's luscious green glass.

Beverly etch has leaf swags and tassles that surround a shield-shaped banner. There is a longer narrow swag between each banner grouping. All in all this is a truly elegant and classy etch and it looks superb in green.

This was sold to me as a sugar but based on size it is the footed bouillon cup. (Beverly came in both a flat and footed bouillon cup.) Cup is just under 2 1/2 inches high and 3 5/8 inches across at the lip. It is 5 inches across from handle tip to handle tip. Best of all, cup is in excellent condition, free of chips or cracks andw ith virtually no wear.

Fostoria Buttercup Etch on Sonata Crystal Footed Sugar This is a footed sugar from Fostoriain their Sonata blank with the lovely Buttercup etch. Sugar is the larger size used for family table use. It is 3 1/8 inches tall and 3 3/8 inches across not counting handles. Sugar bowl is in excellent condition, free of chips, cracks or wear.  

Fostoria Glass Buttercup Etch Crystal 9 1/4 in Vintage Dinner Plate Here's the 9 1/4 inch dinner plate in Fostoria Glass Buttercup etched crystal dinnerware. This is a beautiful pattern with open flowers and scrolled leaves and swags all over the glass - on the rim, in the center, swirling and dancing around. My reference books show a 9 1/2 inch plate but this one measures 9 1/4 inches across from rim to rim using a flat wooden ruler.

The bottom base rim is ground, as is usual for this fine quality vintage crystal. Plate is in very good condition, free of chips or cracks and glass has good clarity. There are skitter marks on the surface near the center which are shown in the close up.

Fostoria Eilene Green and Clear Etch 82 Stem 5082 5 1/4 inch Champagne Gorgeous champagne would be perfect for toasting Christmas and the New Year! This beautiful shade of green bowl combined with the crystal stem and foot is just lovely, and it is perfectly complemented by the delicate needle etch. Fostoria made Eilene etch about 1928 to 1932 and listed it as etch 82 on stem 5082. This stem is distinctive with its six-sided stem, round wafer top and lovely shaped, cupped bowl that has a vertical optic.

Champagne is 5 1/4 inches tall and it is in great condition. There are no chips, no cracks, virtually no signs of wear or use even though this is over 70 years old.  

Fostoria Garland Etch Wreath Swag & Urn Etched Wine Stem Here is a beautiful vintage stem from Fostoria. This is the Garland etch, a luscious etch that combines swags, garlands with bows and ribbons and urns that overflow with flowers and swags. Fostoria used a couple different blanks for this gorgeous etch and they had another pattern called Garland, so please check the photos before ordering. This is stem number 766 with a narrow optic; this blank has a plain, almost straight stem, and a gently flared bowl.

Fostoria made this between 1915 and 1928, so it is at least 80 years old. Back then people served multiple wines at dinner and the serving sizes were smaller than we often use today. This stem holds 2 3/4 ounces when filled to the brim, or about 2 ounces if you prefer not to spill.

Lovely wine is 5 1/4 inches tall and 2 3/8 inches across at the lip. Please be aware that the book Fostoria Stemware by Long and Seate describes the wine as 5 inches tall and holding 2 3/4 ounces.

Wine is in excellent condition with no chips, no cracks and virtually no wear. If you enjoy vintage stemware then you'll want to get this one!

Fostoria Glass Meadow Rose Etch Baroque 4 inch Single Candleholder Add this beautiful Fostoria Meadow Rose etched candleholder to your collection now and enjoy free US shipping!

Fostoria's Meadow Rose is such a favorite pattern with its etched scrolls and flowers. Sometimes people confuse this with Navarre, but you can always tell Navarre by a bouquet where Meadow Roses has a clear space in the design.

This is the four inch tall single candleholder in the Baroque blank which looks like a cornucopia. Fostoria made Meadow Rose for a long time, from 1936 to 1975 and there are several candleholder shapes available. Please check the photos to be sure you get what you want.

Fostoria Glass Grape Brocade Etched Orchid Round Single Candleholder Some of my personal favorite etches are Fostoria's brocade designs, like this Grape etch. The brocade etches look like fine fabric brocades; the design is clear glass and the background has been etched to give a mottled, textured surface. This is the single round candleholder with a rolled rim in Orchid light amethyst glass.

Candleholder is just under 4 1/4 inches across and 1 1/2 inches tall. It is in excellent condition. As is usual with this pattern, the underside of the base of the candleholder has been etched unevenly and there is shelf wear on the bottom. There is one tiny, 1/32 inch nick on the inner underside bottom edge; otherwise the candleholder is free of damage or wear. The color in the photographs is not quite right. This is a soft pastel amethyst and the photos show it a little pinker.

Go ahead and treat yourself to this pretty candleholder and add a touch of vintage charm and class.

Fostoria Rambler Etch Gold Trim Mayfair 5-Part Relish Here is the pretty Rambler etch with gold trim on Fostorias large, 5-part relish in the Mayfair blank. The Rambler etch was plate etching number 323 and with the gold trim was decoration 615. Rambler is a pretty etch that looks good in today's contemporary homes because it is graceful and elegant, but not overly ornate. The design is a simple curved line of flowers, probably roses and daisies, with leaves that twine around the rim and in the flat relish interiors.

Relish is large, about 15 inches long by 9 1/4 inches wide, measuring across the rim. It is about 1 1/4 inches tall. Mayfair relish has the characteristic scalloped rim around the corner sections.

Relish is in excellent condition with the usual Fostoria clear, lovely crystal. Gold is about 50% intact. The only thing to note is the ground base rim shows wear, including small scuff marks on the beveled edge. There are no other nicks or rough spots and there are no cracks.

This is the single light candleholder from Fostoria Glass with the lovely Romance flower and ribbon etch. Romance etching has a ribbon and floral garland swag around the edge with more flowers tied in a bow. (If you are not sure what etching pattern you are looking for, please be aware that Romance is similar to June. You can tell them apart because June has a second ribbon that makes a U shape around each little bouqet. This is Romance, without the second ribbon.)

Candleholder is etched on the 2594 blank, which has a graceful curled C shape with smaller curls inside. The candleholder is 5 1/2 inches tall and the base is 4 1/4 inches across. It is in excellent condition, free of chips or cracks and the glass sparkles and is clear. Wear is light with a couple of faint scratches and one slightly more noticeable that is 3/8 inch long.

Fostoria Glass Romance Etched Crystal 4 7/8 inch Mayonnaise Mayo Bowl Beautiful small bowl is Fostoria Glass elegant crystal mayonnaise etched with Romance. This choice pattern has bouquets tied with ribbons and more leaves and flowers draped and swagged around the rim. This is the size and shape for mayonnaise but would work well to serve any sauce or fruit where you need a small size serving bowl.

If you are not familiar with the Romance etch and are trying to match a pattern, please be aware that Romance has a single ribbon tied in a bow. Fostoria made a similar etch, June, which has two ribbons.

Vintage crystal bowl is 4 7/8 inches across and just under 2 1/2 inches tall. The bottom has a ground base rim and the top rim is smooth. Bowl is in excellent condition, free of chips or cracks. The glass is beautifully clear and wear is light overall with one small mark noticeable that is about 1/2 inch long near the bottom.

Fostoria Shirley Poppy Etched Crystal Baroque Duo Candleholder Fostoria etched its beautiful Shirley poppy design on several blanks, including Baroque. This is the two-light candleholder in Baroque. The candleholder has a round base etched with the Shirley design and two arms. Each arm ends in a candlecup, thus the candleholder holds two tapers at a time. You may find this style called a double candleholder or a two-light candleholder. This beautiful etch has a large single poppy circled by swags and vines of leaves and buds. It looks wonderful with the fancy Baroque shape.

Candleholder is about 7 3/4 inches wide measuring at the widest point of the flared arms, 4 3/8 inches tall and the round base is just under 5 inches wide. Candleholder is in wonderful condition with no chips or cracks and virtually no wear. The only thing to note is the lowest flared wings on the outside of each arm come to a sharp point. There is no damage but I wouldn't want you to be surprised. Please note that you are bidding on one candleholder that holds two candles.

Fostoria Willowmere Roses Coronet Etched 7 1/2 inch Salad Plate Beautiful Willowmere rose etching is offered on a 7 1/2 inch salad plate in Fostoria's wonderful Coronet crystal blank. Willowmere etching strews roses abundantly around the rim with swags of leaf garlands. The blank is Coronet which is a personal favorite.

This is the 7 1/2 inch salad plate which is a good size for a dessert as well. Plate is in excellent condition, free of chips or cracks. There is wear in the center which is shown in the close up.

Lot 2 Fostoria Glass Woodland Etched Crystal 7 1/4in Salad Plates wear Here is set of two (2) plates with the Woodland etch from Fostoria Glass. This elegant pattern features a flower surrounded by scrolls of leaves and is number 264. This is the 7 1/2 inch salad plate. Plate has a ground base rim and the etching is on the underside of the rim. Fostoria made Woodland from 1922 to 1929 so this is one of the older patterns.

Plates have no chips or cracks but both have moderate noticeable use marks or utensil marks.  

Lot 2 Fostoria Glass Woodland Etched Crystal Oyster Cocktail Tumblers Here is a set of two (2) oyster cocktail tumblers in Fostora Glass' vintage etched Woodland pattern. This is a very pretty pattern featuring a flower with a high center surrounded by arching scrolls and swags. Today we might not serve oysters so frequently that we need special stemware for it, but that's ok since this size is great as a cocktail tumbler or juice.

Small tumblers are 3 1/2 inches tall with a flared rim and hold between 5 and 6 ounces filled right to the brim. One tumbler has a scrape on the side of the rim that you can just feel and the other has a 3/16 inch chip on the foot which is shown in the close up.

Fostoria Victory Etch Crystal 7 inch Dessert Plate Victory is one of Fostoria's older etched patterns, made 1922-1929. It has pairs of leaves surmounting swags of laurel leaves. Instead of having a ground rim on the base, as do many elegant patterns, the entire bottom is ground flat. Plate actually measures just under 7 inches across.

Plate is in excellent condition. There is just a pinhole nick about the size of a pencil tip on the edge of the ground base, and two 1/2 long scratches on the ground base. If you collect Fostoria, you'll want this plate - it is an unusual find!
