Jeannette Petal Swirl Pink Depression Glass 5 1/4in Scalloped Rim Bowl
Very nice pink depression glass berry bowl is Jeannette's Petal Swirl. Small bowl has concentric rings on the center base, swirled sides and gently scalloped rim. There are two sizes of berry bowls and this is the 5 1/4 inch wide bowl. If you are trying to match pieces you have please check the dimensions to avoid disappointment. Bowl is a great size for small fruit salads or servings of cereal. It is 1 1/2 inches deep and 5 1/4 inches wide at the rim. Bowl is in very good condition. Two of the tips have shallow nicks and two other tips have rub marks. Wear is on the base, which makes sense when we think about this being 70 years old. Jeannette Swirl Petal Swirl Pink Depression Glass Saucer
Jeannette Glass made Swirl pink depression glass in the later part of the depression, from 1937 to 1938. Collectors have nicknamed this delightful pattern Petal Swirl due to the scalloped edge on some pieces. This listing is for one saucer with a smooth border. Swirl is one of the more realistic patterns to collect as you are more likely to find it in good condition and at affordable prices than many other pink depression glass patterns. American Sweetheart Pink Depression Glass Oval Platter MacBeth Evans
Beautiful American Sweetheart remains one of the most popular depression glass patterns and no surprise. It has a delicate mold-etched design of swags and paisley shapes on thin glass in a soft pink. MacBeth Evans made American Sweetheart from 1930 to 1936. Like many depression patterns the serving pieces were not given away as premiums but had to be purchased and are thus less common than other pieces. This is the 13 1/4 inch oval platter. Platter is 13 1/4 inches long and 10 inches wide and about 1 1/8 inches tall. You can see that this is more flared and scooped than the platters in some patterns. Oval serving platter is in excellent condition, with no chips or cracks and with very light, minimal wear. The one thing you should know before bidding is there are two straw marks on one end. One mark is a fairly straight line like someone drew a pencil tip through the top and the other is squiggly mark on the bottom. You can see these in the close up. I checked very carefully to be sure these are not damage, just the way the platter was made.

Jeannette Petal Swirl Ultra Marine Teal 10 inch Footed Bowl
Beautiful deep bowl is Jeannette's Petal Swirl depression glass in the ultramarine or teal color. This bowl has two tab handles and a generous sized foot that perfectly sets off this pretty pattern. Rim of the bowl is slightly scalloped but not really ruffled. Foot has a design of concentric ribs. Bowl is 10 5/8 inches across from handle tip to handle tip and just under 10 inches across not counting the handles. It is about 5 inches tall at the handles. This depression glass pattern, like many in the teal color range, has some color variations. This piece is a bluish teal, not the green color. Color is deeper by the handles. Bowl is in great condition, with no chips or cracks and very little wear. You'll want to snap this up for your favorite person - maybe even you!
