Here is a gorgeous plate to use or display with a deep cobalt blue border enhanced with golden fillagree and a center design of roses. There is a gold scroll border midway between the center and the wide rim that adds another touch of elegance. This plate is quite old with the double warrant for HM the Queen and HM Queen Mary. This is may date to the mother of the current queen while Mary of Teck was the queen mother.
