Hickok Deco gray catalin dresser box This 3 3 /4 inch square catalin box by Hickok in shades of gray was originally made as a belt box. Signed on the inside top lid with the HICKOK logo, it features a male stag and forse rearing up. There is one small burn mark right above the stag's nose. It's a funky piece of Deco plastic which is functional yet today.

Gilbert 1807 8 Day Deco clock This 9 inch tall Gilbert 1807 8 Day clock is pure Art Deco styling. Measuring 8 inches wide, it has 4 chrome bands attached to the ebonized wood frame and is on a pedestal. I purchased it from a clock collector who cleaned and oiled it December 2001. He stated it was in working condition. It's a great example of Art Deco styling in an American clock. Add it to your collection today.

4766
Art Deco Japan Chrome Shaker Measuring 4 inches tall, this is a very unusual Art Deco amber glass salt and pepper shaker set with chrome fittings. The chrome top fittings are each marked JAPAN. Art Deco items from Japan are extremely hard to find. This pair has an interesting motif in the chrome. The glass is not signed. Both tops need a good polishing, but I will leave that to the new owners. There are no breaks or cracks in the chrome. Add it to your Art Deco or Japanese collection today.

Click here to enlarge image and see more about item 4886: Revere Art Deco Chrome Scroll bookend
Click for more detail...
4886
Revere Art Deco Chrome Scroll bookend Carrying a very early version of the standard Revere Company mark, this juniper and chrome Scroll Bookend was patented on June 4, 1935. Designed by company in-house designer Fred. D. Farr, this Scroll design was used in a variety of Revere products, ranging from the original Scroll bookend shown here to a magazine stand. This carries the original Pat Design No. 93811, dating from 1935. It also carried the name of Berry's Arts & Crafts Shop, 1223 FOURTH Ave. Seattle, WA. and an original label which states GENUINE OREGON JUNIPER.

There is some scuffing to the varnished juniper wood half moon base, as can be expected by something from the Art Deco period of the 1930s. The chrome itself is in great shape with no pitting. There are some light wear marks, but no damage to the chrome finish. Wouldn't this piece look great on a Art Deco Bar or bookshelf? It measures six inches long and stands 4 inches tall.

It is shown on page 162 of the Linz Art Deco chrome book with its original patent design shown as well. A great find! Add it to your Revere Art Deco collection today!

Click for more detail...
5098
Rival Stainless steel footed Deco trivet Measuring 7 1/2 inches wide and standing 1 1/4 inches tall, this spectacularly designed trivet was a product of the Rival Company, best known today for their line of crockpots. Such elegant simplicity in this design. Notice that the circular lines do NOT extend all the way around but use the negative space where they almost meet. Behind the central metal circle on the back is the number 3803 most likely a shape number from their earlier line. I would put this item from the late 1930s to 1950s. It is in excellent condition as it is made of stainless steel. Add it to your Art Deco or trivet collection today.

I will leave that to an expert collector.
