Farberware Deco red/black percolator. Elegant This Farberware Deco coffee urn/percolator is signed on the bottom and is part of 'Set 110'. The most striking features are the use of red and black paint on the handles to imitate the more expensive bakelite and catalin sets of the day. From the 1930s most likely, it also has speed lines flowing down the front vertically and a stepped base. A black pouring handle adds to the elegance. In excellent shape WITH the original cord. All parts are here. Brew up some java and impress your dinner guests with a blast of elegance from yesteryear.

He used the same motif on images designed for the Chase company. You can see the 'Revere' 'Rome' mark in the last photo. Excellent condition. A beautiful and useful piece.

Art Deco Schraff's covered candy tin Art Deco Schraff's covered candy tin in wonderful color combination and pure geometric Deco design. The candy tin stands 3" tall and is 8" wide. It has an indent in the bottom which matches the top knob so that one can join the two pieces together and use it as an open candy dish. Very ingenious design, that!

Chase chrome Art Deco #9001 Triple Tray Who knew when I was cruising the inventory at Goodwill recently looking for an inexpensive fondue set that I would find this cool vintage Art Deco Chase Chrome Triple Tray, and in good condition.

Advertised on page 27 of the 1933 Chase Company catalogue which was reprinted and is found in the Schiffer book put out by Donald-Brian Johnson and Leslie Pina in 2001, this great and practical Deco tray had the following description in the original 1933 catalogue:

One that will hold a variety of cakes and sandwiches daintily. It is collapsable and can be easily put away in a drawer when not in use. Size (folded up) 7 1/2 inches x 11 inches. Finished in polished chromium. Packed in attractive gift box. Price, $6.00 each, retail.

Now, $6 back in 1933 was a LOT of money! So, now you today can own this great piece of American Art Deco Industrial Design for a fair price today. There is no pitting to the chrome though there is some wear such as light scratches on the bottom of each tray. The surface was decorated in what is called chasing. I decided not to polish it and will leave it to the buyer.

I own this very tray and use it often when I entertain. It holds lots of cookies and candies, and appetizers look great on it. Add it to your American Art Deco or Chase chrome collection today.
