Very nice black satin Edwardain or Flapper Era shoes in wearable size and condition.
The black satin coving the shoes and heels in is exceptionally good condition with the single exception of a 1 1/8th inch thin area of sewn repair on the inside vamp of the left shoe. I looks like the satin was split or cut, not from wear. It has been securely repaired. The inside kid leather lining of the shoes and straps are completely intact and soft and without cracks. Double straps and buttons in excellent condition.The straps and area over the decorative cut outs on both sides of the shoes are suede covered.The actual sole of the shoes were originally covered with a thinner layer of leather, and some minor wear to that layer, at the outside of the foot and at the toe.
Marked 36, so I would guess their origin is Europe. I wear a wide 7.5B, and they fit me quite well, with the exception of being too long. I can easily put them on and button the buttons. The actual inside length is 19.5 inches and the outside width is 3 1/16th inches. Sturdy 2 inch Cuban heel.
Lower no reserve price reflects repair, but these are very nice, wearable shoes.

Very well made 1940s vintage true purple suede shoes. Leather insoles and lining. Condition remains excellent for previously worn shoes of this vintage. Suede is in excellent condition/ Expected, not excessive wear to soles, and heels very good. Marked 6B, with actual inside length 9 1/4 inches, and outside width 3 inches. Heels 3.5 inches high. Only noted problem is remains of tape mark on bottom of one sole from a price tag being applied, and some loosening of the inside shoe lining towards the back of the left shoe.

These are fabulous. Genuine Alligator shoes dyed to a deep wine red. Very low sides and vamp, and cute round toe.
Condition of leather remains excellent. 2 photographed areas where the leather looks darkened. One at side of heel, and the other at edge of vamp. Does not detract from appearance. Patina of the leather.
Marked size 6B, fitting more like a 6 1/2 B by todays fit. Actual inside length 9.5 inches, by out side width of 3 inches.3.5 inch heavier heel of the 40s.

Beautiful 1940s vintage Oxford, peep toe dark navy blue leather and mesh shoes with sturdy Cuban Heel. Great for Swing dancing. Nice detailing in leather vamp.

Nice 1940s vintage lighter brown vintage leather shoes with leather soles. Condition is good for age and having been worn quite a bit. Wrinkles at vamp of shoe from wear, one 1/2 inch split in the leather at the inside of the right shoe. Looks stable, not likely to increase.
Lots of life left in the heavier leather soles and the heels. Still very wearable and would be good swing dance shoes.
I would guess these to be about a size 9.5 -10.5 , with actual inside length 11 1/4 inches long and outside with 4 1/8 inches long.

I was told that these were 1940s, but I think the heels look more recent, more like 1970s. Also, they are not peep toe, so I would go with 70s.
Very well made vintage platform shoes, with nice high cut and detailing and excellent condition. Leather soles.

Very cool shoes. Strappy sandals in tan, sky blue, yellow, sorbet orange and pale sage green. Small platform soles in the orange, and the heels are the sage green.
