Very unusual piece. I don't know exactly what the subject is, or the process, but it is not a print. It looks like cataclismic city scape with two feral dogs in the foreground. Has a war time feeling about it. Artist signed in lower left corner, but unable to make out. Looks like P...Weinen'18. Found in frame, behind glass.
