1920s vintage alligator bag with head with green plastic eyes, and feet attached. This is the real thing, including claws, and spines. Bronze colored metal zipper and rings that attach the handles to the purse at 4 bakelite studs. See photos.
Condition remains excellent. I have not refurbished or polished in any way, and the leather is in excellent condition.

The leather lacing is all intact, and the lining is perfect. The only wear noted is on the woven leather handles, where the finish has worn, but the handles remain soft yet very sturdy.
Nice usable size, 11 inches wide by 6.5 inches high.
