Beautiful one of a kind China Head doll by doll artist Doris Rockwell Gotilly. She named her My China Doll and she is one of a kind. Ca: 1985. Milliners model doll of glazed porcelain and dressed in a silk dress styled in the fashions of 1800's. She is in mint condition. Dress is burgandy high waist with a black apron and trim. Black ribbon on neck. She signed on back by Doris Gotilly. She is 20 inches in height. Her body is stuffed cotton. Everthing about her is handmade by Doris. Extraordinary doll. This doll is out of my personal collection which I am down sizing. I bought her new.

Artist Doris Gotilly paper mache doll called Melanie. Ca: 1978. Everything about her is handmade. She is signed on back and on head. She has her paper writeup. She is a one of a kind doll. Her hat matches her dress as do her pantaloons. Hand painted head. She has a purse handmade. She is all original and in excellent condition.
